Located in a busy area of the city, it is a convenient stop for those looking to experience a classic Neapolitan treat in a lively, local setting. You'll find the shop tucked away off Via San Gregorio Armeno, aka “Christmas Alley,” which will let you duck away from the crowds perusing the merchandise outside. Go straight back from the street (there are other shops in the alley) and order at the counter. There is a small seating area off to the right adorned with some cheeky pictures, or you can get your sfogliatella to go.

Specializing in both sfogliatella riccia and sfogliatella frolla, the shop produces fresh batches throughout the day, offering pastries with crisp layers or a softer shell filled with fragrant ricotta and citrus. Both kinds are delicious, with just the right amount of filling and flavor. I prefer the frolla slightly more, but I highly encourage you to try both so you can make up your own mind!
